TERMS OF SERVICE

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability of particular product. Delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we hold no resposibility. Please see our Shipping and Delivery page for further information.

TRUE STORY retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

If your order is accepted we will inform you by email (or through the system). When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PROCESSING

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. TRUE STORY retains the right to accept or reject any orders before further processing.

For orders placed in 3D studio we will send e-mail asking for final confirmation relevant to design created in studio (colours, logo placement, pattrens, names ect). Order will be processed only after such confirmation is received, your payment has been approved by us and prices have been verified.

PAYMENT METHODS

Shopping with TRUE STORY is safe. All prices are stated in Euros. Shipping costs are added to the price at the checkout. Depending on chosen payment form, a payment fee may also be added.

You can use Visa, MasterCard and American Express with TRUE STORY. Your security matters therefore we use STRIPE payment platfrom to process all our online payments. STRIPE is one of the safest online payment softwear providers in the World.

PRICING AND ERRORS

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

AVAILABILITY / ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES / CANCELLATIONS

We do our best to ensure the availability of all advertised products and endeavor to dispatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available.

You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get full refund for your order.

If you wish to cancel your order you should notice us via e-mail info@truestorysport.com. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

GOVERNED LAW AND LIABILITY

TRUE STORY Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Laws of Republic of Latvia. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of administrative courts of Republic of Latvia.

DISPLAY OF COLORS

All content (texts, graphics, images, designs) that you use or upload to custom.truestorysport.com designing software is your content. You are fully responsible for content you upload or use in custom.truestorysport.com website. You approve that you have all necessary rights for use of the content. TRUE STORY agrees that all the content that you are uploading on our website will remain yours. By uploading your content you grant that TRUE STORY can use your designed product, or ready product pictures for TRUE STORY promotion on social media, TRUE STORY and third party websites. You agree and represent that you have the right to grant this license to us. TRUE STORY has the right to remove infringing content from the website. TRUE STORY has the right to suspend orders because of infringing content used by a customer. By accepting these terms and using our services you agree that you own all the rights for the content you post, or you have written permission to use the content with TRUE STORY services.

MISSLEADING, VIOLENT OR FALSE CONTENT

TRUE STORY has the right to cancel customer order if the content of the order is vulgar, illegal, offensive or violating others. You are agreeing to not use false or misleading content.
