DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we deliver our goods to most of the countries around the globe. Exceptions are Russia, remote areas like Poles and Pacific Islands.

WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED?

All our items are manufactured ondemand. To put it simple - we produce orders at the moment they are placed. For 3D studio and club online shops production takes 5-10 working days. For big club orders we offer average production time of 4 weeks

HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Depends on shipping method chosen at the checkout. If you choose Express option, your order will reach you in 1-3 days depending on exact location. For standard shipping, it can take up to 10 days for some countries.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I CREATE MY DESIGN AND PLACE ORDER?

We will send you final design sketch for approval. Although very rare some mistakes can occur and we do this to prevent any inaccuracies before we start actual production of your order.

HOW ARE DISCOUNTS CALCULATED?

Our discount policy starts already from 2nd item ordered. Discount will be applied automatically at the checkout.
